A man who allegedly held Hillary Clinton’s campaign officials hostage was arrested on Wednesday. Leeland Eisenberg was arrested at home, said CNN.

Authorities say that in 2007, Eisenberg strapped road flares to his person and said they were explosives, taking several hostages at Clinton’s campaign office in New Hampshire. He was sentenced in 2008, received two years in prison, and was released in Nov. 2008.

He was arrested after he cut off his monitoring bracelet on Tuesday in Dover, New Hampshire. Police took him into custody. Eisenberg has a history of mental problems as well as substance abuse problems.
