St. Xavier High School and St. Vivian were placed on lockdown on Tuesday as police look for a suspect, it was reported.
WKRC-TV reported that the St. Vivian church was also locked down.
Police said they were responding to a nearby area over reports of a domestic dispute involving a gun.
Officers and police dogs are currently searching the area.
A woman said that police were called after her son threatened her with a gun.
