Christian Bale unrecognizable? In one of his famed appearance changes, Christian Bale was spotted at the Los Angeles airport with a bald head and goatee.
The New York Daily News points out that Bale, 39, also had a heavier midsection, apparently for the upcoming film “American Hustle,” directed by David O. Russell.
The movie also stars Robert De Niro, Bradley Cooper, Jennifer Lawrence, and Amy Adams.
Bale famously has undergone dramatic appearance changes for his films, including losing 60 pounds for 2002’s “The Machinist.”
