Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger’s wedding didn’t feature a notable member of the Schwarzenegger family: her half-brother.

The two got married over the weekend, but Joseph Baena, Arnold Schwarzenegger’s son, wasn’t there.

Baena, 21, attended the GO Campaign presents Vintage Hollywood 2019 party in Los Angeles the same day his 29-year-old half-sister got married to Pratt, 39, reported The Daily Mail.

Schwarzenegger and Pratt married on Saturday at San Ysidro Ranch in California, Fox News reported.

Guests included her parents, Arnold and Shriver, as well as “Guardians of the Galaxy” director James Gunn and actor Rob Lowe.

Baena is the son of Arnold Schwarzenegger and his former housekeeper Mildred Baena.

Wedding

“They chose to have an intimate wedding with only around 60 guests in attendance,” an unnamed source told Us Weekly. “The [bridal] shower that was held at Maria [Shriver]’s home in April was a bigger event. They felt the wedding should be their closest family and friends.”

Celebrity news website TMZ posted a photo of their reception.

The photo shows Pratt and Schwarzenegger looking at the photographer, apparently unamused that they were taking photos.

Graduation

More than a month ago Arnold Schwarzenegger announced that his youngest child, Joseph Baena, had graduated from college.
The “Terminator” actor and former governor of California posted a photo of himself and Baena, 21, after he graduated from California’s Pepperdine University.

“Congratulations Joseph!,” Schwarzenegger wrote on Twitter.

The “Predator” star added: “Four years of hard work studying business at Pepperdine and today is your big day! You have earned all of the celebration and I’m so proud of you. I love you!”

Baena also posted a picture of his graduation day on Instagram, saying, “Some of the best times of my life are because of this school and the people in these pictures.”

“I’m so incredibly grateful to have the privilege to study at and graduate from such a beautiful and high caliber school. I now have my degree in business administration and with that, I believe this is only the beginning of a new road. Let’s see where it takes us!” he continued.
