Four GOP representatives in Congress have introduced a new bill aimed at reducing the United States’ dependence on Chinese imports of pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
Called the Protecting our Pharmaceutical Supply Chain from China Act of 2020, the legislation was recently introduced by Ted Budd (R-N.C.), Mike Gallagher (R-Wis.), Liz Cheney (R-Wy.), and Elise Stefanik (R-N.Y.).
