Hong Kong female speed swimmer Siobhan Bernadette Haughey won the women’s 100 meter freestyle with a time of 51.59 seconds on the last day of the short-course FINA Swimming World Cup in Berlin on Oct. 23, making it her a third gold medal at this tournament.

Haughey advanced to the final with a time of 52.41 seconds, and was the first in the qualifying round. During the evening final, she clocked in 51.59 seconds, marginally failing to break her Asian record of 50.79 seconds set last year.

Her earlier golds were won in the 400 meter and 200 meter freestyle, respectively.
