Daughter of Jailed Chinese Church Leader Calls on US to ‘Stand With Us’

Chinese authorities detained nearly 30 leaders of Zion Church in a coordinated move, and the founding pastor remains jailed with inadequate care, lawyers said.

WASHINGTON—For the past month, Grace Jin Drexel has lived every day focused on a single goal: to get her father out of jail in communist China, where he has been detained for his faith.

“I did not expect to be doing this,” Jin Drexel told The Epoch Times after giving emotional congressional testimony on Nov. 20. “I was not planning to be doing this for this long.”
