Chief Keef’s DUI case was pushed back to late June, according to reports.

The Chicago Sun-Times reported that the rapper, born Keith Cozart, made an appearance in the Lake County Circuit Court last week before a judge pushed the hearing back.

Cozart was arrested early in the morning on March 5 in the Chicago area after officers noticed he had expired registration on his Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Officers who got near the car said they could smell marijuana. Cozart also appeared intoxicated, police said.

He failed a sobriety test.

Judge Joseph Waldeck postponed his case until June 27.

The news comes as Cozart released his latest track, “Sosa Style,” which can be heard on YouTube.

The track is to be released on his “Bang Pt. 3” release coming later in the year.
