CHICAGO—Falun Dafa (also known as Falun Gong) practitioners gathered on Chicago’s North Street Beach on Saturday morning to practice their discipline’s exercises together and posed for a picture.
In the picture the practitioners are in a respectful pose of greeting. They intend to send the photo to Mr. Li Hongzhi. Mr. Li first publicly taught Falun Dafa 22 years ago in Changchun, China on May 13, 1992. May 13 also happens to be Mr. Li’s birthday. Since then, the spiritual practice has spread to 110 countries.
