The Boston Celtics have been awarded the Oklahoma City Thunder’s second-round draft pick in the 2013 NBA draft as part of a trade dispute ruling between the two teams, according to a report on the NBA’s website.

NBA Commissioner David Stern actually found that there was no evidence of bad faith or intent to withhold information by the Thunder regarding forward Jeff Green in 2011. But he found that team cardiologists had information on Green that hadn’t been shared with management and should have been disclosed to Boston prior to the trade.

Green was the main part of a trade between the two playoff teams last February that netted the Thunder center Kendrick Perkins.

While Perkins was a starter on Oklahoma City’s 2012 Western Conference championship team, Green missed the entire 2011–2012 season after having heart surgery.
