Carla Franklin, a former model, wants Google to expose the person who made a derogatory statement to her on Youtube.

There was a cyberbully who wrote degrading words about her on the website. They used three different names, called “JoeBloom08,” “JimmyJean008,” and “greyspector09.” The cyberbully also posted unauthorized parts of a movie Franklin was in.

“People hide behind these shields and think they can just post anything,” said David Fish, Franklin’s lawyer, according to the Daily News.

A graduate of Columbia Business School, Franklin says that the slurs the cyberbully wrote had kept her from obtaining jobs, and damaged her reputation, stated The Stir.

Carla Franklin followed the legal strategy of Liskula Cohen, who successfully sued Google to uncover the person who called her a “skank” and “old hag.” Franklin asks the company to tell her the names, addresses, and phone number of the tormentor, said the Daily News.

“She wants to make sure this doesn’t happen to her anymore, or to anyone else,” stated Fish, her lawyer, according to the Daily News.
