Candlelight Vigil Marks 13 Years of Falun Gong Persecution

Vancouver Falun Gong practitioners hold a candlelight vigil outside the Chinese consulate on July 20, marking 13 years since the Chinese Communist Party launched its persecution against adherents of the spiritual practice in China.
