The Amber Alert in California on Wednesday has been canceled after father Mesut Guler was arrested and his baby Henry Guler-Romero was recovered.
California officials had said that a “child abduction” happened at around 4:14 p.m. in Sunnyvale.
The CHP said that the suspect’s phone signal was picked up in the Kearny Mesa area of San Diego.
NBC reported that the man was arrested by Mexican authorities near the border.
The one-month old baby is safe.
