Teenager Shot Dead Near Cudahy School

Another was injured in the shooting as children were preparing for class, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

A teenager was shot dead and another was injured in an assault Feb. 12 outside of an elementary school near Cudahy, California, about 10 miles southeast of Los Angeles.

The shooting took place on the 5000 block of Live Oak Street at 12:30 a.m. as children were preparing for class, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
