Dejan Joveljic scored his second goal of the season, Joseph Paintsill added his first goal and assist in MLS and the visiting LA Galaxy cruised to a 3–1 victory over the San Jose Earthquakes on Saturday evening, March 2.
Riqui Puig also added his first goal of the campaign for the Galaxy (1–0–1, 4 points), who have won four of the last five MLS meetings with their California Clasico rivals.
