Two men have been arrested and charged in the fatal shooting of a man as he was eating at an L.A. Live restaurant in November, the district attorney’s office said March 28.
Philip Pasco Clark, 33, of Los Angeles and Santana Jermaine Kelly, 49, of Palmdale were taken into custody March 22 by Los Angeles police on suspicion of killing Sidney Barrett Morris, the D.A.’s statement said.
