SAN DIEGO—A 28-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence Jan. 13 after allegedly causing a three-vehicle crash, killing two people on Interstate 5.
The crash occurred around at 3:49 a.m. Saturday when officers were dispatched to a stretch of freeway in Carlsbad north of Palomar Airport Road, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP).
