Yields on U.S. Treasury securities sank as investors shrugged off fiscal fallout after the Supreme Court struck down President Donald Trump’s sweeping global tariffs.

The benchmark 10-year Treasury yield fell 6 basis points to below 4.03 percent at 1:46 p.m. on Feb. 23. The 30-year tumbled about 4 basis points to 4.69 percent.
