US Crude Oil Exports Hit Record High: EIA

The Trump administration is prioritizing oil production, with the Maritime Administration approving a deepwater port that can export 2 million barrels daily.

Exports of U.S. crude oil surged in 2024 to a new high, with Europe remaining a major customer for the United States, according to the latest data from the Energy Information Administration (EIA).

“U.S. crude oil exports in 2024 surpassed the previous record set in 2023, exceeding an annual average of 4.1 million barrels per day (b/d),” the agency stated in an April 10 report.
