Dina Powell McCormick, who served in President Donald Trump’s first administration, is joining Meta as president and vice chair.

In her new role, Powell McCormick will sit on Meta’s management team, help shape its overall strategy and execution, and oversee a $600 billion infrastructure buildout over the next decade, the company said on Jan. 12.
