While there have been a lot of stories this week about working conditions for meat processors and a genuine threat to the food supply chain, you can still find plenty of meat in the grocery stores, although that may change now that grocery stores have started to ration how much people can buy.

Not so with flour. You can’t find it pretty much anywhere. Shelves are cleaned out and it’s not currently available on most websites. Read this story about a 1,000 year-old mill resuming production in the United Kingdom to meet demand.
