One person was reportedly trapped inside a building that collapsed in Pennsylvania, according to reports on Wednesday morning.

The building reportedly collapsed in downtown Washington, Pennsylvania, CBS Pittsburgh reported.

Police told WPXI-TV that a man was rescued from the collapsed building. His fiancee is the woman who is trapped inside the building.

The building was under construction and was slated to become a coffee shop.

Jeff Yates, Washington County public safety director, told the Observer-Reporter newspaper that one person was rescued. Yates added that eight people live in the building.
