“Boycott Disneyland,” or “Disneyworld,” was one of the rallying cries during a A Washington D.C. during a “Justice for Trayvon” Martin protest, which was part of a series of rallies to support the slain teen following last week’s acquittal of shooter George Zimmerman.

Breitbart.com’s Matthew Boyle reported that progressive activist Dick Gregory attended the rally, calling on people to boycott Florida to end the state’s controversial “Stand Your Ground” law.

“How many of y’all have been to Disneyland to see a rat?” Gregory said, apparently referring to Mickey Mouse. Disneyland is located in Southern California and Disneyworld is located in Orlando, Fla.

“But,” he added, “haven’t walked down the street to see King’s tomb? Had he not died, you wouldn’t be welcome in Orlando. So we not asking you to do anything that costs you. We just say save your money. Don’t spend it. And when they understand who you are, then things will stop happening.”

There were more than 100 “Justice for Trayvon” rallies across the United States on Saturday.

Sybrina Fulton, the mother of Trayvon Martin, spokes at a rally in New York.

“Today it was my son. Tomorrow it might be yours,” she warned, according to USA Today.

Martin’s father, Tracy Martin, spoke in Miami.

“This could be any one of our children,” he said. “Our mission now is to make sure that this doesn’t happen to your child.”
