The Boston weather forecast today includes snow, most of it falling before 3 p.m.

Snow is currently falling and up to three inches is expected after a previous projection of around an inch.

Tonight, the snow is supposed to stop, with a low temperature of around 24 Fahrenheit.

On Tuesday it’s supposed to be mostly sunny with a high temperature of 36 Fahrenheit. No snow is supposed to fall during the day but up to three inches of snow is projected to start falling early Wednesday morning, mainly after 1 a.m.

Snow is supposed to continue on Wednesday, with a 100 percent chance of precipitation and a high temperature of 35 Fahrenheit (some of it could be rain), dipping to a low of around 18 on Wednesday night.

The weather is supposed to clear up beginning on Thursday, which is forecasted to be sunny with a high near 29.

Friday and Saturday are also projected to be mostly sunny, though temperatures aren’t supposed to rise above 31 Fahrenheit.

However, Saturday night and Sunday include a 30 percent chance of snow.
