Co-owner and chef Joe Isidori is cooking up traditional and innovative burgers at the newly opened Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer.
The burger bistro will, of course, be serving classics like the All-American burger. If you’re looking to get a little adventurous with your patty, there’s the Steak au Poivre burger with blue cheese and peppercorn sauce; or the Spicy Mexican, which is a fiery chorizo burger with jack cheese and picked jalapeño.
Is your mouth on fire after chomping down The Spicy Mexican? Quench the flame by washing the burger down with a Nutella milkshake or one of the 40 beers on tap (we’d suggest the former if your taste buds were really on fire).
