Transactions from the credit cards the teens stole indicated they used them at a liquor store, Five Guys, and Walmart.
The D.C. police are investigating the beating and robbery but aren’t labeling it as a hate crime, which Marquez disagrees.
“I believe this was a hate crime and I was targeted because of my skin color. Too many of these types of attacks have been happening against white people by members of the black community and the majority of the main stream media refuses to report on it,” he said.
“I really think this group of teens is dangerous and will do this type of thing again if they are not caught.”
