A few days after Germany wouldn’t allow him to take his pet monkey with him, Justin Bieber was reportedly banned from a club in Austria.

The Passage Club in Vienna blocked the 19-year-old pop singer from entering, reported the Austrian Times.

Bieber was surrounded by bodyguards as he tried to enter the venue. However, club management said the bodyguards smashed cameras belonging to fans in the club, destroyed mobile phones, and left some girl fans in tears.

“Justin Bieber is no longer welcome here,” Joachim Bankel, the club owner said, told the paper.

The concert in Vienna was also marred by a large number of fans seeking medical attention. One was hospitalized overnight on Saturday for “hysteria,” the paper said, without elaborating.

Last week, he arrived at Munich airport last Thursday. When he went through customs, he didn’t have the documentation necessary to bring the capuchin monkey into the country, so the animal had to stay with authorities, customs spokesman Thomas Meister said.

Bieber performed in Munich on Thursday, beginning the latest leg of his European tour. He later tweeted: “Munich was a good time. And loud. The bus is headed to Vienna now. U coming?” He didn’t mention the monkey.

The Canadian singer is giving several concerts in Austria and then in Germany over the next week.
