On the last day of voter registration in Florida, Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden headed to the battleground state to win over Haitian and Cuban-American voters. He also encouraged first-time voters to register.
Biden touched down in Miami where he and his wife Jill visited the Little Haiti Cultural Center. They were greeted by Haitian-American community leaders, and watched a cultural dance performance.
