The Biden administration has revised field guidance to ensure pregnant unaccompanied minors abortion access after the Supreme Court returned the abortion decision to states by overturning Roe v. Wade in June.

According to the guidance (pdf) the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) revised on Nov. 10, field specialists should prioritize placement of pregnant unaccompanied minors who requested an abortion in a state that allows abortions.
