Shirlene Quigley, 32, who lives in North Bergen, New Jersey, was last seen by her landlord on Oct. 22 at approximately 3:00 p.m., while leaving her residence, according to a statement by the police department. She was wearing a pink top, blue jeans and high heels.
Shortly after driving into Manhattan, she was reportedly seen shopping at The Bridal Garden on West 21st Street, which comes as a surprise to her father Brad Quigley, who lives in California.
“What’s really odd is that, if she got married, she would so want me and her mother to be there,” Brad Quigley said, reported the New York Post. “I don’t know what’s going on.”
Shirlene’s cell phone was later found in the bridal shop and her 2006 Silver Mercedes C230 was located by New York City police officers at 126 W. 55th St. Her Facebook page has since been deleted.
She was then last seen getting on a bus at the Port Authority Bus Terminal in New York City at around 1:00 a.m. on Oct. 23.
“We don’t suspect foul play,” North Bergen Sgt. Jusino Brunson said. “We’re investigating this as a missing person.”
Quigley said he grew increasingly concerned when he hadn’t heard from Shirlene for their daily 6 p.m. call.
“I just want her to come home, or if someone has her to let her be,” he told NBC New York. “She’s everything to me. She’s why I live.”
Quigley told NBC New York that recently his daughter told a friend, “Get ready, it’s about to happen and I’m going to need you to sub for me,” which he found to be a strange comment.
According to her online biography, Quigley is originally from Los Angeles, California, and her dance career took off when she was casted as one of the original “uhh ohh girls” in Beyonce’s “Crazy In Love” music video.
