Beef Jerky Products Recalled Due to Misbranding and an Undeclared Allergen

A Massachusetts firm is recalling hundreds of pounds of beef jerky and related products, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service said this week.

The products contain “milk, a known allergen, which is not declared on the product label,” the agency said.
