Bambi Johnson, who is in “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta,” is being used by scammers to spread a Facebook post that claims to have a “tape” of her.

According to security blog Online Threat Alerts, the scam has been around for a few days.

“The Facebook video scam: ‘OMG Bambi Johnson Sextape Leaked by Angry Erica After Their Fight,’ will take Facebook users to a fake Facebook website, in an attempt to trick them into sharing it or completing surveys, by promising to show them a video depicted by the image in the Facebook post. But, no tape of Bambi Johnson was released by Erica. Both ladies are stars in the American reality television series on VH1, Love & Hip Hop,” reads post on the blog.

Sharing the page will only make money for the scammers behind it.

“Once on the website, the victim will be asked to complete surveys or share the same website before he/she can view the video,” Online Threat Alerts concludes.

Regarding “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta,” Shay Johnson talked about Bambi in a recent interivew

“No, and I care not to. I have nothing bad to say about her. It’s irrelevant because I haven’t gone anywhere. There has been social network back and forth, little subliminal comments. But it’s petty. She’s doing her with him — whatever they’re doing. But I’m doing me with him, and that’s the great part,” she said, referring to Scrappy’s relationship with Bambi.

“Scrappy dealt with and known Erica [Dixon] for over ten years. I came in the picture maybe three years after they met and I knew their situation but then he was dealing with [rapper] Diamond from Crime Mob who he was living with ... When he had his breakup with Diamond and when I had my breakup, that’s how we ended up getting together,” she added to VHI.
