The next Bachelor Chris Soules has enlisted friend Cody Sattler as his trainer as he prepares for filming that will start soon.
Soules was confirmed as the next Bachelor recently after finishing third on the previous season of the Bachelorette.
Soules and Sattler bonded during the season, along with fellow contestant Brian Osborne.
Soules recently announced that Sattler is helping him get ready for the season, where a host of women will try to win the Iowan farmer’s heart.

Soules later posted a picture of himself with Sattler, which Sattler originally shared.
“Killed it at Jesup outdoor gym tonight! Pretty much a big playground for fitness peeps!” Sattler, who is a professional trainer, said.

Their mutual friend Osborne also recently said that he was headed to Iowa to visit with Soules and Sattler.
Osborne recently revealed ways to win Soules’ heart in an interview with Penn Live.
“Don’t go out of your comfort zone just to win a contest,” Osborne said. “It’s really not a contest. It’s structured as a competition but if you treat every second you’re with Chris like a normal relationship, things will work out in the end.”
Osborne said he sees Soules looking or someone who is different.
“I think he’s looking for someone who will challenge him, bring him out of his comfort zone once in a while,” Osborne said. “Someone who is down to earth.”
“Sometimes you see relationships and you see basketball coach and a basketball coach dating and all they talk about is basketball and it’s boring,” he continued. “I think he'll want a mixture of different things. Someone who is oaky with living on a farm in Iowa and someone who will introduce him to new things and a different side to himself that he never knew.”
The Bachelor will premiere in January 2015 and filming is expected to start later this month.
