Ten state attorneys general filed a legal brief on Nov. 10 urging the Supreme Court to overturn a decision made by its Pennsylvania counterpart.
Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt led the coalition, along with counterparts from nine other states including Texas and Florida.
