Interstate 85 south in Atlanta has received heavy snow and traffic is at a near-standstill.
The interstate south of Old National is seeing the worst traffic, according to AJC.com.
There’s at least six big rigs and other vehicles tangled up at the I-85 northbound ramp to I-285 southbound.
An 18-wheeler also got jack-knifed on the I-65 and I-85 interchange.
Natalie Dale, with the Georgia Department of Transportation, told the paper: “You have more commuters going slower with icy roads. It’s not ideal, it’s not what we wanted.”
