Assassin’s Creed Liberation HD has release dates for both Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.
The Xbox 360 version will hit stores on January 15, while the Playstation 3 version launches on January 14.
The release date for PCs isn’t yet clear.
The new game is set in 1765.
“While the American Revolution rages in Boston and New York, Spanish forces in the South plot to seize control of Louisiana for the Templars,” UbiSoft explains. “But they have yet to reckon with Aveline de Grandpré, an assassin of mixed French and African heritage, who stands ready to defend her people.”
Aveline is the first playable female assassin in the Assassin’s Creed saga.
As an example of pricing, the upcoming game is available for pre-purchase on Steam for $19.99.
