X-Men Apocalypse will feature a younger Cyclops, and James Marsden has a suggestion for who should play him.
Marsden starred as Cyclops in previous X-Men films but can’t be Cyclops in Apocalypse because the actor will need to be younger.
Marsden told Yahoo that he thinks Luke Bracey should play the younger Cyclops.
Bracey, the Point Break star, plays a younger version of Marsden in Best of Me.
“Yeah, that'd be great [if Luke Bracey took over as Cyclops],” he said.
Along with Cylcops, Storm (usually Halle Berry) and Jean Grey (Famke Janssen) will likely have to be recast, writer Simon Kinberg said.
