Woman Withdraws Money From the ATM, Notices Something Unusual About $20 Bill

A woman withdrew money from a Seattle-area ATM at a Bank of America only to realize there was something wrong with one of the bills.

Darcy Fox, the woman, know wants to know how such a big bank could have messed up so badly.
