Popular YouTuber The Backyard Scientist came up with an experiment to see what happens when molten salt (heated 1,400 degrees to a liquid state) is dropped inside an aquarium full of water.
“First two times nothing happened, just a little splattering,” the Backyard Scientist wrote. “On the third try… BAM!”
It doesn’t last long.
