A man wielding a knife was arrested on Thursday at the Farragut West metro station in Washington, D.C.
Metro Transit Police told NBC that they received reports of a man with a knife.
Officers arrived and told the man to drop the knife.
They sprayed him with pepper spray after he refused, and took him into custody.
No one was injured.
The man was charged with felony assault on police officer and assault with a deadly weapon.
