Fox and White, who have been together for over a year, stayed at The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach Hotel in Miami over the holidays.
The couple appeared at NBA superstar LeBron James’s birthday party. “She arrived in a black SUV with Slim and was showing off her ring to everyone,” one guest told E! Online.

The upcoming marriage would be Fox’s second. She was married to Christopher Harvest from 1998 to 2002.
