A Reddit user posted his “creepy” encounter with a stranger (“a dodgy looking fellow”) in Spain.
The user, TheSleeb, was testing his new camera’s 200x zoom in Spain, noticing a man who may have figured out he was being recorded.
In the 96-second-clip, the wide-eyed man then makes a few odd facial expressions and heads in the Redditor’s direction.
“I think he noticed me too,” TheSleeb wrote.
TheSleeb answered a few questions. The camera is a “a Canon SX50, x50 optical zoom, up to x200 with digital,” and went into more detail:
- I do not know this guy, and wasn’t initially filming him. I noticed him standing under the red kiosk umbrella (the furthest my camera could zoom), and then he just kept looking at me. I was really giddy and freaked out, and that’s why the video ends quite abruptly. I just packed up my camera and left in order to carry on living.
- It is indeed in Bilbao, Spain, just a couple of weeks ago.
- Music is from the amazing sequence in South Park ‘Cash 4 Gold’ episode.
TheSleeb then suggested the man in the video might be “on the FBI Most Wanted List,” but there’s not much evidence to back the claim.
