The moment Spanish police shot one of the five terror suspects in Cambrils, Spain, on Friday, Aug. 18, was caught on video, showing the dramatic rebound the man made before being shot again and killed.

In the video, the suspect can be seen shouting at the police, then running toward them before shots ring out and he falls over.

He gets up from the ground and seems to be walking away slowly, then turns around and goes back toward the side of the police car. He ignores commands to get down on the ground and turns to cross the street, going in front of the car, when he is shot again by police.

Fitzroy Davies from Wolverhampton, U.K., who filmed the event, told the Daily Mail it was like watching a “horror film.”

“He must have been on drugs. He took the first round of shots, he fell on the floor, and then within two seconds—I thought I was watching a film, one of them horror films—the guy just stood up. He was taunting, smiling, laughing, and he carried on walking to the police, and then they gave it to him again, a couple more shots and then he fell to the ground,” he said.

While there hasn’t been a toxicology report released, it is possible the suspect was in an altered state of consciousness.

The ISIS terrorist group, which claimed that the attackers were among their members, has been known to abuse Captagon, a drug that has been dubbed “liquid courage.”

Dr. Anne Speckhard, the director of the International Center for the Study of Violent Extremism, told reporters last February that one of the 27 ISIS defectors she interviewed reported being given Captagon in battle.

“At one point, he admitted, ‘I was in a battle and I was scared,’ she said. ”And he said the guy next to him said, ‘You scared?’ ‘Yes.’ ‘Here, take this,’ and handed him a pill. And the pill he described exactly fits the description of Captagon, although he didn’t call it Captagon.

“He said he was so high that—and it’s an amphetamine—that he ran to the front and his cadres on either side were saying, ‘No, no, come back, come back. You’re going to be killed.’ ‘I want to be killed. I want to be killed.’ And he was ready to go. And we’re hearing lots of reports of Captagon being used in that area,”  said Speckhard.

There were five attackers who drove a van into a crowd of people in the coastal city in the early hours of Friday morning, four of which were shot immediately, while the other one died later of his injuries, police reported.

In total, the terrorists killed one woman in Cambrils and wounded six others, one of them severely.

The terrorists, who are believed to be connected to a similar attack hours earlier in Barcelona that killed at least 13, had knives and an ax in their vehicle. They were also wearing belts of explosives that turned out to be fake.

Catalonia Police said that one person was wounded with a knife before the attackers were killed.

Authorities also believe that the attacks were connected to the explosion of a house in Alcanar, south of Barcelona, on Wednesday.

They believe the house was their base, and was being used to make explosives.

Police said at least one person died in the house, and are working to determine if the remains found there belong to a second person.
