A baby was found dead on a conveyor belt at a recycling plant in Victorville, Calif., according to reports.
The body of the baby, whose identity was not revealed, was found on Thursday, reported CBS Los Angeles.
Police detectives showed up to the plant after workers found a baby wrapped in a blanket, the report said.
The baby’s gender and age are not yet known.
It is unclear how the baby died.
The plant was identified as Burrtec Waste Industries located on the 17000 block of Abbey Lane, reported KTLA.
