Well, two people pretty far away from Rio have taken the scores hard. These American astronauts aboard the International Space Station had to shave their heads after losing a World Cup bet.

NASA astronauts Reid Wiseman and Steve Swanson were shaved bald by German astronaut Alexander Gerst after losing a World Cup bet on the Germany-United States match.

The German team beat the U.S. 1-0, which meant Wiseman and Swanson had to let Gerst shave their heads.
