A Chicago Police officer is alive thanks quick action by two of his colleagues. Officers Norma Colon and Beata Staszewski of the Chicago Police Department found their colleague collapsed on the floor.

They performed the CPR using chest compression. A portable defibrillator was also used. They were able to “somewhat” revive the officer before paramedics arrived.

They say it was thanks to a CPR training that they were able to help.
