Democratic presidential candidate Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-Hawaii) voted “present” on both articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump.
Her vote didn’t jeopardize the easy House Democratic majority to charge the president with abuse of power and obstruction of Congress.
