President Donald Trump’s lawyer Jenna Ellis said she’s received “hundreds” of threats, including anonymous phone calls, in recent days.

Ellis, in an interview with Breitbart, said she has received “hundreds of DMs and messages, etc., threatening me.”

She said a “CNN reporter messaged today accusing me of my bar license being lapsed,” and that an “unknown number has called my cell dozens of times between midnight and 4am to blow up my phone and try to get through the DND [do not disturb].”

The lawyer included a screenshot of a text from an unknown person that read, “You’re the reason people despise humanity,” and “You deserved [sic] to be raped.” That same person first said that they “would love to catch up ... it’s been a while” before making the comment.

Ellis told The Epoch Times that she doesn’t know who the person is, adding that she’s reported the messages “to our security team.”

One Twitter user posted: “Jenna Ellis is a member of the Colorado Bar Association. Here is where you can complain about her,” including a link to the Colorado Supreme Court’s website.

Earlier this week, Ellis noted the threats on her Twitter page, writing: “I keep getting a barrage of threats & false accusations from Dems and ’reporter' activists.

“My only comment is this: Do your worst. I’m not intimidated. I won’t back down. My mission is Truth, my God is the Lord Jesus Christ, and my client is the President of the United States,” she said.

President Trump on Nov. 25, in a phone call to Pennsylvania GOP senators, noted the harassment campaigns against Republicans and his supporters.

“If you were a Republican poll worker, you were treated like a dog,” Trump said on the call. “Our poll watchers were pushed out of the building. ... Don’t be intimidated by these people,” Trump said. He also referred to threats and a pressure campaign against his legal team.

Several lawyers stopped representing the president in Pennsylvania, citing harassment. One lawyer, Linda Kerns, was placed under protection due to “threats of harm” when an employee of another law firm representing Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar allegedly threatened her over the phone.

On Nov. 24, Republican Michigan Board of Canvassers official Norman Shinkle didn’t vote to certify Michigan’s elections results for Democrat Joe Biden, and he said both he and his family received death threats.

He said there was “a whole string of anonymous calls threatening my family and me, and 20 to 30 protesters on my front lawn Saturday night.” He said that, overall, more than 40 phone calls and 7,000 emails were sent to him, calling on—and threatening—him to certify the results.

The campaign was “most likely orchestrated by the state Democratic Party and labor unions,” he said. “The [threats] that mentioned my wife and children or said ‘We know where you live,’ I turned over to the police.”
