Travis Kvapil, a NASCAR driver, has been arrested and charged with assaulting his wife.
Police in Mooresville, North Carolina arrested Kvapil on Tuesday night for allegedly assaulting his wife.
Police received a 911 call, prompting a response, reported WCNC.
Kvapil is free on bond after appearing in court on WEdnesday.
