Toronto Zoo Names Animals

The votes are in and the Toronto Zoo has now named its white lion cubs, African penguin chicks, and a babirusa piglet.

TORONTO—White lions cubs, African penguin chicks, and a babirusa piglet from the Toronto Zoo received their names on Aug. 2.

From July 18 to 31, people across the Greater Toronto Area voted online for these names. Over 7,000 votes came in, said the zoo in a press release.
